Shrimp and Pork Salad

INGREDIENTS 1 cup cooked shrimp
1 pound pork meat
1 cup Sweet and Sour Salad
1 hot red pepper, scored lengthwise 6 to 8 times to resemble a lily, for decoration
2 to 3 sprigs each of finely chopped mint and basil
2 tablespoons season nuoc mamCut pork meat lengthwise into 3 to 4 pieces. Cook, covered with 1 cup water until done, about 30 minutes. Slice thinly across grain.
Combine shrimp, pork, and Sweet and Sour Salad. Drain. Toss the salad with 2 teaspoons of seasoned fish sauce.
Transfer all ingredients to a serving dish. Sprinkle the salad with chopped mint and basil. Decorate the center of the dish with the red pepper.
