Mixed Vegetables Soup

INGREDIENTS

5 cups bouillon
1 cup vegetables, such as turnips, cauliflower, carrots, cabbage, etc., cut into
   lenghtwise 1 x 1/2-inch strips
1/3 cup sliced mushrooms, canned or sliced
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon green onion, finely chopped

Heat the bouillon to boiling and add vegetables and mushrooms. Cook for 15 minutes. Season with green onions, salt, and pepper.

Makes 6 servings
