Charcoal Grilled Pork Chop

INGREDIENTS

10 to 12 pork chops, about 1/2-inch thick
2 tablespoons nuoc mam
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 green onions, mashed
3 garlic cloves, mashed

Combine the above ingredients, except meat, into a blender and mix. Marinate the pork for 1 hour at room temperature.

Grill over medium heat until golden brown and pork is done.

Makes about 5 servings

Serve with plain rice and sliced cucumber or sweet and sour salad or Vietnamese Pickles.
