8 veal chops
Pepper, to taste
Oregano
Chopped parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (1 pound-12-ounce) can tomatoesIn skillet, brown chops. Season with pepper. Sprinkle with oregano and parsley. Add garlic and tomatoes. Cover and simmer until tender, about 2 hours.
