Honey-Citrus Glazed Veal Chops

INGREDIENTS 4 veal loin or rib chops
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon grated lime peelMix lime juice, honey, ginger and peel. Coat veal chops with mixture and let stand for 30 minutes.
Prepare outdoor grill for cooking or preheat broiler. Grill or broil for 12 to 14 minutes, or to desired doneness, turning once.
Serves 4
NOTES - Bottled lime juice can be used, but fresh is best. To coat veal chops, place all ingredients in a plastic bag.
