Venison Burgers

INGREDIENTS 2 pounds ground venison
1/4 cup Moore's Marinade (or other)
1/2 package saltine crackers
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
3 jalapeno peppers, choppedPlace saltine crackers in a zip lock bag and crush using the palm of your hand.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into 3/4-inch thick patties.
Place patties on hot grill. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes; turn and cook to desired doneness.
Serve on rolls with your choice of condiments.
TIP - Try a little Tabasco New Orleans Style Steak Sauce on your burgers.
