INGREDIENTS 2 pounds ground venison
1-1/2 cups chopped celery
1 garlic clove
2 cans tomato soup
6 ounces tomato paste
12 ounces chili sauce
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1-1/2 teaspoons steak sauce
2 teaspoons salt
1-1/2 teaspoons thyme
1-1/2 teaspoons sage
1 green pepper
1-1/2 cups chopped onion
1-1/2 cups chopped carrots
16 ounces diced tomatoes with liquid
1-1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon sugar (more if tomatoes are bitter)
3 bay leaves
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon allspiceAdd all ingredients to the crock pot. Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH 5 to 6 hours.
