Porcupine Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

1 pound of ground deer meat
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup water
1 can tomato sauce (15-ounces)
1/3 cup onion
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon celery salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix meat, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salts, garlic powder, and pepper. Shape into balls.

Place in an ungreased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

Stir together the can of tomato sauce, 1 cup water and 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce; pour over meatballs.

Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Uncover, and bake 15 minutes longer.
