Moose Stroganoff

INGREDIENTS

2 pounds moose round steak, diced
Fat for frying
Salt and pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (10-ounce) carton milk
1/4 cup onions, chopped

Brown steak in fat in frying pan; season to taste with salt and pepper.

Combine steak, soup, milk and onions in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, or until tender.

Serve over cooked rice, if desired.
