Lyon's Pot Roast

INGREDIENTS

1 venison shoulder or ham
4 cans Campbell's French Onion Soup
2 cans Campbell's Golden Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 sliced onion
5 to 10 potatoes, depending on oven roast dish size
1 bag carrots
2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash Season (instead of salt)
2 tablespoons black pepper

Marinate ham or shoulder overnight in same pot with 2-liter Coca-Cola in the refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 225 degrees.

Drain off marinade; mix the soups and stir well until thoroughly combined. Add onions.

Place meat into roasting pan. Add cubed potatoes, (skin on or off), then carrots. Sprinkle all spices over top of the roast and place lid on top.

Put in oven and let cook for 8 hours.

NOTE - This is a large recipe. You can make it smaller by dividing recipe in half.
