Dave's Famous Venison Stew

I am giving this recipe just as I received it. INGREDIENTS
Two fists full of doe meat.........brown in #10 skillet over very high heat, about 1 minute. Take off heat and let stand; try a piece.
Add two onions, chopped coarse into bottom of crock pot. Add 1/4 stalk celery over onion, then 2 green peppers or 1 large. Add venison. Add 3 to 4 carrots.
Add 7 cups water. Put 8 or 9 bouillon cubes around water. Put 3 to 4 medium potatoes, halved or quartered; 10 shakes of soy sauce; 5 shakes Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tablespoon mustard.
Cook in crock pot 5 to 7 hours.
