INGREDIENTS 48 ounces tomato juice
3 cups water
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
4 carrots, sliced
1 onion, diced
6 beef flavored bouillon cubes
1 bay leafIn a large pot, combine all ingredients; tomato juice, water, cabbage, carrots, onion, bouillon and bay leaf, and simmer for 1 hour. Remove bay leaf before serving.
