Mushrooms and Sour Cream

INGREDIENTS

8-ounces mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon flour
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
Snipped dill or parsley

Cook and stir mushrooms in butter 3 minutes. Stir in flour; cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in sour cream, salt and pepper. Heat, stirring occasionally, just until hot. Sprinkle with dill or parsley.

Makes 4 servings
