Garlic and Herb-Stuffed Mushroom Caps

INGREDIENTS

18 mushroom caps
1 (6.5-ounce) tub Alouette Light Garlic and Herbs spreadable cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place mushroom caps hollow-side-up on an ungreased baking sheet.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine spreadable cheese and Parmesan cheese until blended.

Fill each cap with 1 teaspoon cheese mixture. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
