Molasses-Glazed Vegetables

INGREDIENTS 11-ounces small red potatoes, scrubbed
1/2 pound baby carrots
5-ounces small onions
1-1/4 teaspoons unsalted butter
3-1/2 tablespoons light molassesPlace first 3 ingredients in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover pan and steam 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add molasses and salt to taste. Bring to a boil. Cook 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Add vegetables, stirring gently to coat. Serve warm.
