Braised Garden Greens

INGREDIENTS 5-ounces Swiss Chard, cleaned and cut
5-ounces Spinach, cleaned and cut
5-ounces mustard greens, cleaned and cut
5-ounces arugula greens, cleaned and cut
2 tablespoons shallots, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
2-ounces white wine
2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
Sea salt, to taste
Cracked black pepper, to tastePreheat large sauté with olive oil and cook shallots and garlic until translucent. Add all greens and cook until they start to wilt.
Add sea salt and cracked black pepper and wine, cooking until the greens are wilted. Remove from heat and serve.
