Green Beans with Lemon

INGREDIENTS 1 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
2 teaspoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon lemon juicePlace green beans in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 8 to 10 minutes or until just tender.
Drain, add butter, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste, and toss.
Makes 4 servings
