INGREDIENTS 4 ears fresh corn
Butter
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup waterHusk corn and remove silk.
Spread butter on corn; place each ear on double thickness of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons water. Wrap securely in foil; twist ends of foil. Place corn on medium coals. Cover and grill, turning once, until done, 10 to 15 minutes.
Makes 4 servings
VARIATION - Corn On The Coals - Remove large outer husks of corn; turn back inner husks and remove silk. Spread butter on corn. Pull husks back over ears, tying with fine wire. Grill corn 3-inches from medium coals, turning frequently, until done, 20 to 30 minutes.
