Celery Croutes

INGREDIENTS

4 slices bread
2 ounces butter
Celery seeds

Remove crusts from bread; cut each slice into 3 fingers. Melt butter in a small saucepan. Brush both sides of bread with butter. Place on greased cookie sheet, sprinkle lightly with celery seeds. Bake in moderate oven 5 to 10 minutes or until golden. Turn croutes and brush with butter during cooking.
