Brown Sugared Carrots

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup water
1 (16-ounce) bag baby carrots

In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

Stir in water and carrots. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes or until most of the liquid has cooked off and the carrots are tender.
