Sautéed Cabbage

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
5 to 6 cups shredded green cabbage, about 1/2 large head
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon sesame seed, optional

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in Dijon mustard. Add cabbage. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Sprinkle celery salt and thyme over cabbage. Stir to mix.

Lower heat. Add water. Cover and steam for 2 to 3 minutes, or until cabbage is crisp-tender. Stir in sesame seeds, if using. Serve immediately.
