Bohemian Cabbage

INGREDIENTS

1 medium head green cabbage, shredded, about 5 cups
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup dairy sour cream

Mix all ingredients, except sour cream, in skillet. Cover tightly; cook until cabbage is crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream; heat through.

Makes 6 servings
