Banana-Nut Slaw

INGREDIENTS

4 cups finely shredded cabbage
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons milk
1 tablespoon vinegar
3 tablespoons salted peanuts
1 medium banana, sliced

Combine cabbage and carrots in a medium bowl; stir well. Combine mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients in a small bowl; add to cabbage mixture, stirring well. Cover and chill 2 hours.

Add peanuts and banana; toss gently to mix. Serve immediately.
