Baked Cabbage

INGREDIENTS

1 head of cabbage, quartered
1 onion, chopped
Fresh dill
1/3 cup vegetable broth
1 apple, peeled and chopped
1/3 cup white wine, optional
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Put broth and wine, if used, in bottom of casserole. Put in cabbage and top with onion, apples, cheese and parsley. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until cabbage is tender. Sprinkle with a little fresh chopped dill.
