INGREDIENTS 2 pounds Brussels Sprouts, washed, trimmed
Salted water
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon butter
5 ounces water chestnuts, drained, slicedSimmer Brussels Sprouts, covered, in a small amount of boiling salted water for about 8 to 10 minutes or until tender; drain. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Serve hot.
