Pilaf with Broccoli, Walnuts and Cheese

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (4.3-ounce) package RICE-A-RONI® Long Grain and Wild Rice Original
2-1/2 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese or crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

In medium saucepan over medium high heat, melt margarine. Add onion and garlic; sauté 2 minutes. Add 1-2/3 cups water, rice mix and Special Seasonings; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 20 minutes. Stir in broccoli. Cover; simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until white rice is tender. Stir in nuts and top with cheese.
