Lemon-Rosemary Steamed Broccoli

Serve this fragrant, healthy dish alongside grilled or broiled fish, chicken or beef.

INGREDIENTS

2 heads broccoli, chopped
1 medium lemon
4 sprigs rosemary
Water

Fill a large pot with a steamer basket in it with water. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the water. Drop lemon halves and rosemary sprigs into the water as well.

Placed chopped broccoli pieces atop the steamer basket and cover pot. Bring water to a boil. Steam until broccoli is tender. Be careful not to overcook. Serve immediately.
