Broccoli Parmigiana

INGREDIENTS 2 heads fresh broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
Juice of 1/2 lemon
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oilHeat butter and olive oil in a skillet. Add broccoli. Stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes. Place in a warm serving dish. Sprinkle with the lemon juice and Parmesan cheese. Serve.
