Broccoli with Mustard Dressing

INGREDIENTS

6 cups fresh broccoli
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Cut broccoli into florets; peel stem, cut into diagonal pieces. Steam for 6 to 7 minutes until just crisp-tender.

Meanwhile, in serving dish, whisk remaining ingredients for dressing. When broccoli is cooked, drain and toss with dressing.
