Broccoli with Lemon 2

INGREDIENTS

1 pound fresh broccoli

3 tablespoons canned chicken broth, undiluted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Lemon wedges, optional

Trim off large leaves of broccoli; remove tough ends of lower stalks. Wash broccoli, and cut into small spears.

Arrange in vegetable steamer over boiling water. Cover and steam 5 to 8 minutes, or until crisp tender. Drain; set aside.

Combine broth and next 4 ingredients. Add broccoli and toss. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
