Broccoli with Toasted Almonds

2 cups water
Salt
1 (12-ounce) bag fresh broccoli florets
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Toasted almondsBring 2 cups lightly salted water to boil in large saucepan. Add fresh broccoli florets, return to a boil and cook 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain.
Return to pot and toss with 1 tablespoon butter, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chopped toasted almonds.
Serves 4
NOTE - Cans of roasted almonds are available in most supermarket nut sections.
