Broccoli with Three Cheeses

INGREDIENTS 1 medium bunch of broccoli, cut into spears
1 cup water
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 cup milk
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup crumbled Blue Cheese
¼ cup chopped pecansIn Dutch oven place broccoli spears; add water. Cover; bring to a full boil. Cook over medium heat until crisp tender, about 5 to 7 minutes; drain.
Meanwhile, in 1-quart saucepan melt butter; stir in flour and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly, about 30 seconds. Stir in milk and cream cheese. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens and comes to a full boil, 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in Cheddar cheese and Blue cheese. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until cheeses are melted, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Serve cheese sauce over broccoli; sprinkle with pecans.
