Sweet n' Sour Black-Eyed Peas

INGREDIENTS 3 (15-ounce) can black-eyed peas, drained
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 pineapple slices
Brown sugarCombine black-eyed peas, molasses, vinegar, mustard, and garlic powder. Pour mixture into a shallow 2-quart casserole dish. Top with pineapple slices. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
