Black-Eyed Peas and Rice Casserole

INGREDIENTS

4 cups rice, cooked
1 cup black-eyed peas, cooked
1 cup ground sausage
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Cook rice and black-eyed peas separately. At the same time, fry remaining ingredients until browned.

Blend all ingredients together in a casserole dish with a cover. Place in a 350 degree oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until heated through.
