Black-Eyed Pea Casserole with Ham

INGREDIENTS

4 cups cooked or 2 (1-pound each) can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
1 teaspoon dried sage
8-ounces tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
8-ounces ham
1 tablespoon olive oil
Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Transfer to a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Cover and bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
