Pasta with Tuna

INGREDIENTS

1/2 pound uncooked capellini, (angel hair pasta)
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons dry white wine
1/4 cup water
1 small onion, chopped
1 small red bell pepper, sliced
2 large cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup frozen peas
7-ounce can albacore tuna, drained

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Meanwhile, blend soy sauce, wine and 1/4 cup water.

Sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic in hot oil in large skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes, or until onion is translucent. Stir in peas and soy sauce mixture; bring to boil.

Pour over pasta in large serving bowl; toss well to coat evenly. Sprinkle pieces of tuna over pasta. Serve immediately.
