Honey-Mustard Glazed Ham Steaks

Serves 4

FOR THE HAM

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add a 12-ounce ham steak; cook, turning once, 3 minutes until lightly colored.

Brush with 2 tablespoons honey mustard. Turn and cook 30 seconds or until glazed.

Cut into 4 portions.

FOR THE SQUASH

Microwave a 12-ounce package frozen microwavable butternut squash as package directs. Stir in 1/4 cup orange juice.

FOR THE BROCCOLI

Bring 2 cups lightly salted water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add a 12-ounce bag fresh broccoli florets, return to a boil and cook 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.

Drain; return to pot and toss with 1 tablespoon butter and salt and pepper, to taste. Sprinkle with chopped roasted almonds.*

*NOTE - Look for cans of roasted almonds in your market's nut section.
