INGREDIENTS

6 skinned and deboned chicken breasts
1/2 cup green pepper or celery
1/2 cup onion
2 (14-ounce) cans chopped tomatoes
1 package Taco Seasoning Mix
1 cup long grain rice
1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon seasoning mix
2 tablespoons oil

Heat oil in frying pan; coat chicken with flour and seasoning mixture. Fry for 15 minutes on low; add all the remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes, or until chicken tests done.
