INGREDIENTS 2/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepperHeat milk and butter in upper part of double boiler. Beat eggs and seasonings until light; add to hot milk and blend well. Cook 30 minutes over gently simmering water.
