Quiche Lorraine

INGREDIENTS

6 bacon slices, cooked
3 eggs
1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup onion, minced
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 dash cayenne pepper
1 pie shell, frozen
1 cup light cream

Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in bottom of frozen pie shell.

Beat together eggs, cream and seasonings. Pour egg mixture into pie shell.

Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes on bottom shelf.

Reduce temperature to 325 degrees and continue baking 20 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
