Glazed Ham with Spiced Grapes

INGREDIENTS 5 to 7-pound fully cooked ham
Honey Ham Glaze
Spiced GrapesPlace ham fat side up on rack in shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer so tip is in center of thickest part of meat and does not touch bone or rest in fat. Roast, uncovered, in 325 degree oven until meat thermometer registers 140 degrees, 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 hours.
About 30 minutes before ham is done, remove from oven and cut surface 1/4-inch deep in diamond pattern. Insert whole clove in each diamond, if desired. Spoon Honey Ham Glaze onto ham every 10 minutes. Serve with Spiced Grapes.
Makes 10 servings
HONEY HAM GLAZE
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves or gingerMix all ingredients.
SPICED GRAPES
1 pound Tokay grapes, cut in halves and seeds removed, about 2-1/3 cups
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup Maraschino cherry juice
3 sticks cinnamonPlace grapes in a 1-quart jar or glass container. Heat remaining ingredients to boiling in small saucepan, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Pour hot syrup on grapes; cool. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
