Buffet Ham

INGREDIENTS 4-1/2 to 5-pound fully cooked boneless smoked ham, cut into 1/4-inch slices and tied
3 tablespoons corn syrup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Mustard SaucePlace ham on rack in shallow roasting pan. Bake in a 325 degree oven until hot, 1 to 1-1/4 hours. Mix corn syrup, brown sugar and mustard; brush on ham during last 15 minutes of baking. Garnish with apricot halves and parsley, if desired. Serve with Mustard Sauce.

MUSTARD SAUCE
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon prepared horseradishHeat butter over low heat until melted. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in mustard and horseradish. Heat until hot.
