Baked and Broiled Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS

6 pork chops
Salt, to taste
Cayenne pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup dry white wine

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Salt and pepper the pork chops on both sides.

Place the chops in a shallow baking pan and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

While the pork chops are baking, mix together the soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and wine.

Turn the oven to broil and continue cooking. After about 5 minutes, pour half of the sauce over the chops and continue broiling for another 5 minutes. Turn the chops over, pour the remaining sauce over them, and broil until done.

Makes 4 to 6 servings
