Cheese Cake Pie

INGREDIENTS

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 (6-ounce) can frozen concentrate orange juice
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

GLAZE

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup orange juice
1 (8-1/2-ounce) can crushed pineapple

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

PIE - Beat cream cheese, eggs, and sugar until smooth. Mix in 1/2 cup of the orange juice. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

GLAZE - In saucepan, blend sugar and flour. Combine water and orange juice; add to sugar and flour. Stir all together. Cook and boil 1 minute and stir in pineapple. Remove from heat. Spread warm glaze over hot pie. Chill for at least 8 hours.
