Tomato Soup

INGREDIENTS 1 can cream of tomato soup
Onion juice, to taste
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped celery
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper
1 cup cream
4 tablespoons lime juice
Chopped chives or chopped blanched pistachio nutsTo the can of cream of tomato soup, add onion juice to taste, parsley, celery, soy sauce, salt and pepper, to taste, and 1 cup cream. Chill in the refrigerator.
Strain and add the lime juice. Serve in cold soup cups or soup plates and garnish with chopped chives or chopped pistachios.
