INGREDIENTS

Tiny Cocktail Puffs, approximately 2 dozen
1/2 pound grated Swiss cheese
1/4 pound butter
Small amount grated Sap Sago cheese or anchovy paste
Cream

Make approximately 2 dozen tiny cocktail puffs.

Mix 1/2 pound grated Swiss cheese with 1/4 pound of butter until well worked and smooth.

Add a small amount of Sap Sago cheese, or, if preferred, anchovy paste, and enough cream to make a paste of firm consistency. Fill the tiny puffs with this mixture. Serve them either cold or heated in a hot oven for 5 minutes.
