Scallops Around Tartar Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 dozen scallops
Fine dry bread crumbs
Butter
Parsley
Slices of lemon
Small bowl of tartar sauce

Drop 1 dozen scallops into rapidly boiling water. Boil for 1 minute, then drain and place on soft cloth.

Roll the scallops in the fine bread crumbs and sauté lightly in hot butter until golden brown.

Place a toothpick in each scallop for easy handling and serve on a bed of parsley with slices of lemon in a ring around a small bowl of tartar sauce.
