Roquefort Spread

INGREDIENTS

1/4 pound Roquefort cheese
Sufficient cream to soften
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 drop Tabasco sauce or tiny pinch of cayenne pepper

Mash Roquefort cheese with a fork. Soften with sufficient cream to smooth.

Add Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce or cayenne pepper. Serve on crackers, toast rounds, or with potato chips.
