Red Caviar with Sour Cream on Rye

INGREDIENTS

1 (2-ounce) jar red caviar
1/2 cup sour cream
Rounds of toasted Russian rye bread
Butter
Paprika

Fold the jar of red caviar into the sour cream, being careful not to break the eggs.

Cut out rounds from thinly sliced Russian rye bread and toast on a cookie sheet. Butter sparingly while warm. Place generous mounds of the sour cream and red caviar on each round. Sprinkle with paprika.
