INGREDIENTS

1/2 package frozen mixed vegetables
1 can chicken broth
1 can clam chowder
1 cup heavy cream
1 can mussels
Salt and pepper, to taste
Paprika

Cook 1/2 the contents of 1 package of frozen mixed vegetables. Drain thoroughly and set aside.

Place 1 can of chicken soup, 1 can clam chowder, and 1 cup heavy cream in a soup pot. Bring to a simmer.

Add 1 can mussels, along with their liquid, and stir gently as as not to break up the mussels. Season with salt and pepper and add the pre-cooked mixed vegetables.

Heat well, divide into equal portions, and sprinkle each with a light dusting of paprika.

Makes 6 generous servings
